1) Development and Implementation of Systems for Quality Management

The Viarvi d.o.o. offers the organization of services for Quality Systems, operational and functional, aimed at certification under EN ISO 9001.

Our resources consist of highly qualified professionals (the project managers are certified AICQ).

Our approach to certification ISO 9000 and to implement the directions of the rules to maximize the tools and procedures which the company already has, by introducing changes to procedures and useful only where strictly necessary. The purpose is, where possible, to maintain unchanged the production practices, so to minimize the commitment of internal resources and contain the most possible, time for obtaining the certification.

2) ISO PACK - Quality Manager in Outsourcing.

The management of the Quality System sometimes is difficukt as require adeguate competences.

Viarvi provides a guide for managing the system in terms of services aimed to the companies:

with limited structure of the Quality Management (followed by the Board of Management or his delegate)
that can not dedicate a person on a full-time basisi to manage the Quality, but who believe in the importance of having the Quality Management System well-functioning.
with already certified Quality Management System, complete and functional.

Our experience in this area lead us to say that the company takes great benefit, because is driven by more experienced and target-oriented people than normally by their staff.

Activities outlined in the project are:

Consulting at your site, with purpose to analise, manage and improve the Quality Management System;
Updating and improving the existing QMS documentation;
Implementation of activities to train staff on site;
Implementation of activities, planning and monitoring of activities with the drafting of work plans and periodic reports;
Conducting internal audits in accordance with the EN ISO 19011;
Support in the preparation of the Management Review;
Continous Updating according to the Norm;
Verification of implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
Preparing periodic reports on developments of the Quality System
